Free to build. ₹149 or $6 once for the finished resume, 1 job tailoring included.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Paste or chat

Paste an old resume, your LinkedIn or notes, or start from nothing and say who you are.

  2. Step 2

    The AI asks

One question at a time: your degree, projects, internships, roles, results. Your page fills in as you answer.

  3. Step 3

    An ATS layout

Single-column layouts that screening software reads cleanly. Switch between them any time.

  4. Step 4

    Download once

₹149 in India or $6 elsewhere, once: saved to My resumes, PDF and Word, and 1 job tailoring included.

Page length: one page for freshers

Freshers and early career (under three years): one page. That is what Indian campus recruiters and most fresher postings expect, and it keeps your strongest project in view.

Three to nine years: one page, or two when your roles genuinely fill them. Ten years or more: two pages. The builder counts pages in the layout you chose, shows “1 of 1 page” as you go, and won’t call the resume finished while it runs past the length your experience supports: it offers the lines that add least for you to cut.

For Indian freshers

  • Class XII and Class X go under your degree with the board, school, year and percentage you give (only for freshers and early-career candidates).
  • CGPA or percentage is written the way your university awards it, for example “CGPA: 8.1/10”.
  • Projects and internships get their own sections, with what you built, the tools you used and what changed, in your words.
  • Personal details such as date of birth, father’s name, a photo or a declaration are left out, with a note. See the resume format for India for why.

What it won't do

It won’t invent anything. The AI proposes changes, and code checks each one against what you typed or pasted. A percentage, a team size, an employer or a tool you never mentioned is refused, and the chat says so: “I didn’t add … because it mentions 25%, which you haven’t told me.”

It also won’t pad your resume with filler (“responsible for”, “various tasks”) or write in the first person. If you want a number on a line, tell it the number.

After you download

The finished resume is saved to My resumes, with PDF and Word downloads. From there, tailor it to each job posting: you see every requirement matched to a line of your resume, with ATS and recruiter scores, and the tailored draft starts from the structure you built. Your first tailoring is included; each further application uses 1 credit; see pricing.

Questions people ask

How much does the AI resume builder cost?
Building is free: you can chat, paste and change layouts without paying. When the resume is finished, it costs ₹149 in India or $6 elsewhere, once per resume. That saves it to My resumes, gives you the PDF and Word downloads anytime, and includes 1 tailoring credit, so your first job application with it is covered. Each further application uses 1 credit, like any resume on Resumeize.
Will the AI make things up to fill my resume?
No. Every change the AI proposes is checked in code against what you typed or pasted. A number, employer, tool or date you never mentioned is refused, and the chat tells you what it left out and why. It can reword your own sentences into resume bullets; it can't add achievements.
How long will my resume be?
One page for freshers and people with under three years of work. With longer experience it can run to two pages when your roles fill them. The page count is shown as you build, and when the resume runs over, the builder offers the weakest lines for you to cut.
I'm a fresher in India. Should I include Class XII and Class X?
Yes, for Indian freshers and early-career candidates the builder adds Class XII and Class X with the board, school, year and percentage you give. It writes your CGPA or percentage the way your university awards it, and gives projects and internships their own sections above skills.
Can I paste my LinkedIn profile or an old resume?
Yes. Paste anything: an old resume, your LinkedIn About and Experience, project notes or your marks. The builder reads it into sections first, then asks only about what is missing or unclear.
What about my photo, date of birth or a declaration?
They are left out, and the chat says so. Applicant-tracking systems don't need them and they take space from your evidence. Give them on an application form when an employer asks.
Is there a limit on messages?
Each account gets 25 free builder messages a day while a resume is being built. Only messages the builder answers count: undo, skipping a question, edits like "make it 1 page" and a message it couldn't answer don't. The count resets every day.
Can I edit the resume after paying?
The finished resume is saved as it is. To adjust it for a job, tailor it: the studio lets you edit every line of each application, and your saved resume stays as your clean original.

Start with whatever you have. Building is free, and nothing on the page is invented.
