Resumeize is an AI resume-tailoring tool. You add your existing resume and a job description, and it analyses the role, scores your resume for applicant-tracking compatibility and recruiter read, and produces an editable, role-specific version of your resume.

It extracts the requirements from the job description, maps them against your actual experience, then reorders, reframes, and rewords your existing content so the most relevant evidence appears where it matters. It works only from what you provide.

The ATS score reflects how well your resume matches the job on the mechanical signals applicant-tracking software relies on: keyword and skill coverage, section structure, and parseable formatting. The requirement checklist is generated once per tailoring session and reused for every later re-check, so repeat scores stay consistent unless your resume text actually changes.

It is a separate score for the human read: whether your strongest, most relevant evidence lands in the first skim, whether bullets show outcomes, and whether the resume reads clearly. A resume can score well with software and still be hard for a person to scan, which is why the two scores are shown separately.

No. Job titles, employers, dates, credentials, and metrics are never fabricated. If the job asks for something your resume does not show, Resumeize flags the gap and asks you to confirm it with truthful detail in your own words before it is added.

Yes. Every tailored resume opens in an editor and stays fully editable before export. Nothing is a locked, black-box output, and each saved state is kept as a version you can look back at.

Yes. Tailored resumes can be exported as PDF or DOCX using any of the ATS-safe templates.

No. One credit covers everything for that application: the tailored draft, line rewrites, the cover letter, interview prep and every PDF or Word download, after any edits. A paid analysis and its later tailoring share one credit. If paid analysis fails, its reservation is returned; a completed paid analysis is not refunded for a later drafting failure.

Every application you already unlocked stays fully usable. To analyse and tailor a new application, buy a single credit or a one-time pack of 5, 15 or 40 credits.

No. Resumeize sells one-time credits and credit packs only. No card is kept on file and there is nothing to cancel.

No. Credits never expire. Every new account gets 1 free credit once at signup.

Building a resume in the AI resume builder is free. The finished resume is ₹149 in India or $6 elsewhere, one time per resume: it is saved to My resumes with PDF and Word downloads, and it includes 1 tailoring credit, so your first job application with it is covered. Each further application uses 1 credit, like any resume.

A single credit covers one job application. Starter has 5 credits, Job Search has 15 and the Full Search Pass has 40. The larger the pack, the lower the price per application.

In India, payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Outside India, payments are processed by PayPal.

Indian customers pay in rupees through Razorpay: a single application 1 credit ₹99, Starter 5 credits ₹399 (₹80 per application), Job Search 15 credits ₹899 (₹60 per application), Full Search Pass 40 credits ₹1,799 (₹45 per application). These are the final amounts you pay.

International customers pay in US dollars through PayPal: a single application 1 credit $4.99, Starter 5 credits $19 ($3.80 per application), Job Search 15 credits $39 ($2.60 per application), Full Search Pass 40 credits $79 ($1.98 per application). Your country is detected automatically.

Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Request it from Account settings and we will review it and refund the unused part through the original payment method. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

It is stored in your account so you can reuse it for future applications. Only you can read it — access rules on the database restrict every resume, tailored version, and cover letter to the account that created it.

No. Your resume is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It is used to provide the service to you.

Analysis and tailoring run on the server, never in your browser, and your resume and job description text are sent to the AI models Resumeize uses for that request. The inputs are not used to train those models.

Yes. You can delete your account from Account settings. Deletion removes your account and its content.

Your content is kept while your account is open and removed when you delete it. Records of payments are retained for the period required for tax and accounting purposes.

PDF, DOCX, and plain text. You can also paste your resume directly into the app instead of uploading a file.

Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile.

Yes — the whole app works on mobile, including uploading a resume. Editing a long resume is generally more comfortable on a larger screen.

Confirmations arrive from the payment provider and are usually applied within a minute or two; refreshing Account settings normally shows the change. If it still has not updated, email support@resumeize.com with the payment reference and we will apply it manually.

Every message is read and answered by email. We don't publish a guaranteed response time, so we'd rather not promise one — billing and payment issues are prioritised.
